H.E Sopheak is an Advisor attached to The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economic and Master Degree in Economic Development from Norton University in Phnom Penh. He can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Japanese. H.E Sopheak also participated in senior training courses such as Stanford Center for Professional Development in a topic of“Leading Digitalization and Transformation of the Cambodian Economy” and Lee Kuan Yew – School of Public Policy in a topic of “Public Policy and Private Sector Development”also with Japan External Trade Organization in the project of “Investment Promotion of Japanese FDI to overseas”.

Layheng is a Private Investments Strategies Analysis officer at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds bachelor’s degree in international studies, with an emphasis on International Economics, and holds bachelor’s degree in computer science from Royal University of Phnom Penh.
