Seakpheng is an official of the Department of Private Investment Project Monitoring of the Council for the Development of Cambodia and a member of the secretariat in leading and coordinating the Cambodia Industrial Development Policy 2015-2025 (IDP). Currently, He is Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy in Phnom Penh. Mrs. SONG Rany
Mrs. Song Rany is currently working at the Department of Private Investments Strategies Analysis of Cambodian Investment Board. She used to attend special designed courses and trainings in China under sponsorship of Chinese government on Industrial Zones Development, China’s Industrial Development Policy for Cambodia and Investment Promotion, etc. She holds Bachelor Degree in Law and special Degree in Chinese language. In addition, she can speak fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Law Based English from Royal University of Law and Economics and Bachelor Degree in Economics from National University of Management in Phnom Penh.
